The Heuer Chronograph 3H German Airforce

Collectors of vintage watches have a special affinity for military issued pieces. One such watch that is gaining in popularity is the Heuer Bundeswehr Chonograph, which were issued to the German Airforce. This Valjoux powered chrono features a rotating bezel and large size winding crown and has a cool presence on the wrist at 42mm.

We are showcasing some of our favourite straps on a very nice example dating to around 1970. The black dial, with luminous arabic hour markers also  features the desirable red ‘3H’ making, which signifies the use of tritium on the dial. Here we present our favourite 20mm straps that make this imposing military chronograph fly!
