The Patek Ellipse has become a focal point for us in recent years, as we truly appreciate the remarkable details of this watch. This particular piece is a beautiful example of one of our favorite combinations: a yellow gold case paired with an intriguingly discolored, yet captivating, dial.
The yellow gold case remains well-defined and features "Vendome" style lugs that are invisible from the front. The dial is adorned with white text and Roman numeral hour markers that have been engraved into the dial, revealing the yellow gold base. It has developed a sand-colored hue, creating a uniquely cool effect on what is traditionally seen as a “formal” watch.
The watch is displayed on a Bulang and Sons leather strap and includes the elegant Patek Ellipse 18k yellow gold buckle. Its automatic Caliber 28-255 movement has been fully serviced by our watchmaker.
