When Scandinavian Airline Systems (SAS) wanted to commission a watch to commemorate their new route that went over the North Pole, there was only one man for the job - Gerald Genta , a man who doesn't need an introduction and design wise he did his first homerun !

We are delighted to be offering a Polerouter Date in superb condition – the 35mm steel case is still crisp and the interesting twisted lugs are still well defined.
The dark grey soleil finished dial dial has a reeded outer track, horizontal line on the inner section and features an applied U in the upper half.

The lume dots have taken on a stunning mustard patina and we adore the dauphine hands. Lovely Bombay style case with slightly twisted lugs, what is not to like?! We believe that the crown is replaced. The watch houses a very finely finished automatic movement, calibre 69 that features the UG micro rotor and has been fully serviced by our watchmaker.
