As You might know by now , we LOVE Datejusts ..

And this one we adore , let us explain!

These early Datejusts have many nice details and that's exactly why we love these. If you pay close attention there is just so much to see! First of all, it's carried out in 18k red gold , (or sometimes referred too as “pink gold” )watches are quite rare. Especially, a 6605 in rose gold is something we don't see that often.

Secondly, let's take a look at the dial; the silver soleil finished pie pan dial has discoloured beautifully over the years giving it an off-white/creamy hue. The indexes consist of ten 18k rose-gold applied & elegantly-shaped markers that match very well with the mesmerising 18k rose-gold leaf hands. There is also a red gold date aperture , which we only see on early datejusts and a more elegant & smaller writing at the 12 o’clock side .

But wait , there is more : The Bezel has a finer reeded bezel then later references and it gives it just a little edge !

This fine watch comes on the shown Bulangandsons strap with an 18 k gold Rolex Buckle and has on the backside of the upper left lug an inventory number of the retailer back then & is fully checked and regulated by our watchmaker.
